Job Description

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and diligently monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define clear project objectives, requirements, and scope, creating a comprehensive project plan encompassing tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and develop robust risk mitigation strategies to ensure seamless and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, reporting on key metrics and promptly addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Proactively resolve project-related issues and conflicts while escalating critical concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Improve continuously conducting post-project evaluations and identifying opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and experience in project management & business administration
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, preferably in the technology or software development industry.
- Guide team with strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, allowing for the efficient handling of multiple projects concurrently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the adaptability to respond to changing project requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
