Job Description

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and meticulously document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Work in close partnership with the development team to ensure the successful translation of business requirements into precise technical solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, encompassing project plans, progress reports, and status updates.
- Participate actively in user acceptance testing (UAT) and guarantee that delivered solutions align seamlessly with the defined business requirements.
- Provide unwavering support during system implementation, training, and post-implementation activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, making proactive recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field like business administration or computer science
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent interpersonal interaction skills for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Know the use of tools and methodologies for business analysis proficiency.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is considered a plus.
